Each API key may send up to three requests per second under the standard beta plan.
Concurrent payment capacity
A slot represents an active payment monitor, not a webhook delivery attempt.
Manatee reserves capacity while it watches an unpaid or detected payment with a webhook. Delivery retries do not consume additional slots.

The beta removes billing friction while the API and store integrations are evaluated. It is not a promise that future production service will remain free.
